Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text). When you set up tracking, we collect the brand, website and industry details you enter, the prompts you choose to track, and the competitor names/domains you add.

AI responses we store

To track a prompt, we send it to the AI platform(s) included in your plan and store the response we receive, along with the visibility data we derive from it (mentions, position, sources, and our own AI BrandSight Visibility Score).

Third-party AI processing

Depending on your plan, your tracked prompts may be processed by one or more of the following third-party AI platforms:

• OpenAI
• Google
• Anthropic

Each provider processes the prompt text under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not send them your account password or payment details.

Retention

We retain account data and tracked results for as long as your account is active, so historical trends remain useful. [Placeholder: exact retention period after account closure to be confirmed.]

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@aibrandsight.com. We will confirm once the request has been completed.

Security
