Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AI BrandSight to track prompts intended to harass, defame, or generate deliberately misleading content about any individual or organization.

Subscription

Plans are billed monthly at the rate shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Trial period and refunds

New accounts include a 7-day trial period from the date of signup, during which you can evaluate AI BrandSight and request a full refund. Once the 7-day trial period has ended, subscription payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full detail on how to request a refund within the trial window.

Service limitations

Each tracked prompt is checked once per day on every AI platform included in your plan. Prompt and platform limits depend on your plan.

AI response variability

AI platform responses can change over time and may vary between requests, even for the same prompt. AI BrandSight reports what was observed at the time of each check; it does not control, and is not responsible for, the content of any third-party AI response.

No guaranteed AI placement

AI BrandSight measures observable AI responses. No tool, including AI BrandSight, can guarantee that any AI platform will mention, recommend or rank a particular brand.

Intellectual property

AI BrandSight and its branding are the property of their owner. Your account data, prompts and results remain yours.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. [Placeholder: add SLA terms if/when one is offered.]

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
