7-day trial period

Every new subscription includes a 7-day trial period starting from the date of signup. This window is your opportunity to evaluate AI BrandSight — set up a project, run tracking, and review the results — before deciding whether to continue.

Refund eligibility

If you cancel and request a refund within the 7-day trial period, you will receive a full refund of that payment. Once the 7-day trial period has ended, payments are final and non-refundable, including for any part of a billing period that has not yet elapsed.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not by itself trigger a refund outside the 7-day trial window described above.
